Sometimes packages are shipped as multiple shipments within the same order. It might sound a little mess if we track with different tracking numbers. So how do we work this out?
Here’s a quick how-to guide telling you how to track multiple shipments in the same order.
Go to the tracking page, and you’ll see the Sake theme.

Click "Customize" and scroll down the page a bit until you see "Lookup options". Tick “By order number” checkbox, then the feature is enabled.

Nailed it! Now go to the tracking page and try to track a multi-shipment order. Enter both order number and your email, click "Track".

Now it’s time to see how magic happens. You are able to see the detailed delivery status. Enjoy your tracking!
