AfterShip just released a new feature that allows your customers to track multi-shipments under the same order at your branded tracking page. This feature updates helps reduce customer support enquiries on order status, particularly for retailers who need to split orders to ship in different shipments for the same order.
Each AfterShip user has their own branded tracking page, which users can customize the look and feel. The tracking page allows users to enter order number + email or tracking number to see tracking updates.
If your customer enters order number and email at the tracking page, they will be able to see the associated shipments for the order, and then view detailed tracking history to the respective shipments. If there is only 1 shipment - it will automatically show the detailed tracking results.
