AfterShip Returns Center just launched a new feature to allow customers to choose their exchange item directly at the branded returns page. This feature is available to our Growth plan or above.
It takes only a few mins to turn on this feature, and your returns page will automatically show all the variants of purchased products after the customer chooses to exchange the item.
Choose exchange items directly at Returns Center
Enable the feature allow exchange item selection
- Visit Returns Center's returns settings
- Enable exchange as a method of resolution
- Choose “Allow customer to select exchange item” as the display mode
- Choose to show only the variants that are at the same price or below
