Note: The rate limit for sending API requests is limited to 10 reqs/second per account. Sending too many requests too quickly will trigger a 429 error code (TooManyRequests).

How AfterShip Returns Center sends Webhook events?
Whenever a customer submits a return request, the system will trigger a corresponding event by sending an HTTP POST payload to the Webhook's configured URL.
Note: This feature is currently supported only on request.
You can reach out to our customer support (email@example.com) for an integration request. Once you provide the HTTPS URL, we will integrate this into our Webhook delivery destinations.
