With Loox's integration to your AfterShip account, you can schedule to send emails using actual delivery time to collect product reviews. You can now avoid requesting reviews when delivery has not yet happened. By sending emails for product reviews upon delivery, you can greatly improve email's open rates and generate more reviews!
